Screen Printing
All cylindrical containers can be screen printed on site using fully automatic multi-colour UV equipment. These machines operate at up to 6,000 bottles each hour and use high gloss ink which is extremely product resistant.
We can develop your artwork and process initial design ideas through to finished decorated containers.

Bottle Labeling
Self-adhesive labels can be fitted to all our containers. Depending on order quantities these are applied either fully automatically or by a semi-automatic machine.
We are able to source labels from our own proven suppliers or use labels supplied by customers.

Stretch Sleeving
Applied automatically to rectangular containers, stretch-sleeves give multi-colour all-round decoration at a very realistic cost - often less than the cost of two adhesive labels. Sleeves are stretched on to containers immediately they leave the moulding machine meaning that the customer only needs to fill and cap before dispatching the finished product.

Shrink Sleeving
Heat-sensitive shrink sleeves are applied on our own equipment to angled neck toilet cleaner bottles and some cylindrical containers. Our existing equipment can be modified to handle alternative shapes and we can manufacture new equipment for specific designs.
Shrink sleeves have all the benefits of their ‘stretched’ cousins but also tightly follow all the contours of the bottle.

Bar Code Labelling
We can produce individual bar code labels to be fixed to bottles, packing cases and pallets or bar codes incorporated into larger information/transit labels.
Bar codes are available in 21 styles including EAN-13, Code-128 and MSI-Plessey. Label sizes from 25mm x 25mm up to 150mm x 100mm.
Additionally bar codes can be screen printed to all cylindrical bottles.

Custom Moulding
We've a wealth of experience in producing individual designs and specials either from existing moulds or from moulds built specially for a purpose. Our wide range of moulding machinery allows production of hollow items up to 20 litres in volume.
For the technically minded, mould configuration can be as follows:
Single cavities from 200ml up to 20 litres
Twin cavities at 100mm or 125mm centres – 2 x Twin at 125mm
Triple cavities at 100mm – 2 x Triple at 100mm
Quintuple at 125mm
As well as continuous production orders and deliveries on a weekly basis, we are pleased to undertake custom moulding on a one-off or mould trial basis.
